Sometimes a menu is so special, so well thought out, that it requires sharing. Such is the case with this year’s New Year’s Eve menu from restaurateurs, Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf and Petit Louis’ chef de cuisine, Christopher Scanga.
The 4-Course Prix Fixe Menu with optional wine pairings, party favors, and an option of Champagne Toasts—the first toast at 6:00PM for Midnight in Paris, and another at Midnight in Baltimore.
