Unexpected pleasantness. In the car, waiting for Jacob. Snowy. Icy. Mount Washington, Baltimore.

The weather folks said a winter storm was on the way, so this afternoon, I left work a little early. Temperature was dropping, snowy icy mix falling, roads preparing to freeze.

After a quick run up the Jones Falls Expressway, I parked at the Mt. Washington light rail station to wait for Jacob’s train.
