Baltimore’s Charles Theatre is screening a 60th anniversary 35mm restoration print of 1954’s Godzilla tomorrow morning at 11:30. We’re thinking that we should wander up Charles Street to catch it. It’ll be 98-minutes of fun memories. For some odd reason—long-forgotten—when Jacob and I first met in Las Vegas twenty-some years ago—in a gay bar—we talked about this Ishiro Honda movie.
That and the fact that I haven’t seen Raymond Burr on a big screen in a long time are reasons to head to the Charles.
Join us in the morning? The star is one fine looking piece of kaiju.
